On Thursday, Hyundai Motor announced a strategic partnership with Nvidia (NVDA.US) to develop the next generation of safe and reliable future smart car technology using AI.

As part of the agreement, Hyundai will utilize Nvidia's accelerated computing and AI Enterprise software to help manage the vast amount of data required to safely develop and train AI models for a variety of applications.

The group will use the NVIDIA Omniverse platform to develop physical AI applications to simulate its factories, helping to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality and streamline costs.

In addition, the Group will use NVIDIA Isaac robotics development platform to develop and safely deploy AI robots. The two companies will also work closely to create virtual environments for autonomous driving technology and robotic systems.
